About the Dance Venue

The Medford Jazz Jubilee has always featured dancing with floors at all venues except the Craterian Theater. 2008 marks the first year a venue has been dedicated primarily to dancing. The dance floor is extra large and is placed center stage. There will be dance contests Saturday and there will be demonstrations and/or lessons throughout the weekend. Admission is by Jubilee Badge or New for 2008, by Individual Session (see below).

Buy a Badge or Attend a Session

Anyone with a Jubilee Badge will be admitted to the dance venue as usual, but new for 2008, we have broken each day into reduced price sessions. Colored Session wrist bands are good for Studio C only. Remember youth badges for the entire weekend are only $10! The scheduled sessions are:

The bottom line is that for $10 you can see what it's all about!

Dance Lessons or Dance Demonstrations Between Sets

We cannot guarantee a lesson or demonstration between every set but we will have as many as can be arranged .
